How to make
First sift the cocoa powder and powdered milk with a sieve. Doing so will make better chocolate.
Now to make sugar syrup, you have to boil the mixture with water and sugar in a pot until it becomes a sugar yarn-like concentration. A thread-like part can be seen by pulling it.
This time you have to mix butter and vanilla essence in it. Then the mixture of cocoa powder and molasses milk should be mixed well.
This time you have to put butter in the mold or mold and pour the mixture into the mold.
Now you can keep it at room temperature or in the refrigerator to cool down quickly. It will take about 1 hour for the chocolate to cool and harden.
The chocolate recipe given here will taste like a caramelized dark chocolate. If you don't like dark chocolate, you need to reduce the amount of cocoa powder and increase the amount of milk. For solid chocolate bars it is best to use a flat surface tray.
